True feta is supposed to be made with 70% sheep milk and 30% goat milk. We have authentic feta and OUR feta with Basil and sun dried tomato! Both aare aged 60 days minimum.

Our Che’vre is luscious and made fresh from that days milk. It is a lovely appetizer or with bread, cured meats and pesto, makes for a light meal! It even can substitute in recipes for a light cream cheese with no chemicals or fillers!

Our aged Brie and Camembert is rich and creamy with a light rind but phenomenal flavor these luxury cheeses are famous for! Wonderful for breakfast with croissants and jelly or for “date night” with crusty French bread and wine!

We age our Gouda minimum of 60 days. It’s creamy rich distinctive flavors are definitely a favorite!

By demand we started making pepper Jack chees but with a “kick”. It isn’t made with jalapeños but cayenne flakes. It has a unique spice that makes it our own! If you like spicy cheese you’ll love it! Try it on your next nachos or spicy grilled cheese!

Our soaps are made from our organic raw goat and sheep milk, organic butters and oils and essential oils. There is never any perfumes. The lovely scents are from the carefully aadded essential oils in the balanced formulation.
